Designing VR for Business.

Step into the future of business learning with this hands-on workshop exploring how virtual reality can transform training, collaboration, product demos, and customer engagement. You don’t need expensive headsets or software to get started — we’ll dive into free and accessible tools that let you create compelling virtual experiences right away. Participants will: • Discover core VR concepts and why businesses are using immersive environments for training, marketing, and team collaboration to boost engagement and retention. • Explore two no-cost creation pathways to build simulated VR experiences with students or teams — including web-based authoring and drag-and-drop tools that require zero coding to start. • Learn how AI can assist with the tricky parts of design, from generating 3D content to automating environments so you spend more time innovating and less time troubleshooting. • Walk away with free resources, including ready-to-use course frameworks and templates to start teaching or prototyping VR in your classroom or organization the very next day. Whether you’re preparing future business leaders for immersive workplaces or building real-world simulations for problem solving and storytelling, this session gives you a practical roadmap from concept to creation.
